PROJECT CASE STUDY / IN PROGRESS
MICRO IMAGEE Warehouse System.
A backend-focused warehouse management project intended to model stock accurately and make inventory operations traceable.
01 / PROBLEM
The problem
Inventory becomes hard to trust when quantities, storage locations, damaged goods and movement history are blended together. The system needs to make every change understandable and traceable.
02 / APPROACH
How I approached it
Shape the domain around products, locations and recorded stock movements. Keep adjustment rules explicit so quantity and location changes can be validated at the point they happen.
03 / THE BUILD
What I built
The project is in progress. Its current scope is centered on these inventory workflows:
- Product and storage-location modelling
- Traceable stock movement and adjustment workflows
- Separate representation of open stock and physical location
- Controlled approval for manual adjustments and write-offs
- Validation of inventory invariants
04 / OUTCOME
Where it stands
Still in progress. This case study describes the project direction and intended behavior; implementation results will be added as each workflow is completed and verified.
